If you would like to request a return, please contact me directly by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your items. Make sure to include your order details (date, item, order number). I will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchases!
In general, if you received the wrong item, I will replace it with the right one, or if an item is defective, I will replace it with a new one. If all else fails, I will process a refund for your payment.
In the case of masks, since they are personal items, they can't be returned once purchased.
If you are unsure about sizing or anything else, please contact me before placing your order, as I will generally not replace an item if it is in fact the item you ordered and it is not defective.
I try to look at returns in as practical a manner as possible - I always want to be fair and reasonable. So if your return request is fair and reasonable, then I've got you covered! :)
